Cancellations and Substitutions
Payments are not refundable but substitute delegate(s) may attend, this must be advised in advance by email to fundingrenewables@clockwork-uk.com

Correspondence
Correspondence will be sent out via email approximately four week prior to the event.

Changes to the programme
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organisers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the programme. We will endeavour to keep you abreast of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee.
